Adhesives and sealants
STALOC offers a very wide range of adhesives and sealants on a single- and double-component basis. The silane-modified MS hybrid products or the HPflex construction adhesives form the largest part of this; first and foremost, these have a first-class bonding force and provide an excellent sealing effect at the same time. Accelerated hardening, very high temperature resistance, as well as excellent UV and media resistance are features that are available in these special products.
There are two versions of products with a primarily high sealing effect and media resistance in this category: permanent plastic and room-temperature curing. These products have a very high temperature resistance.

Silicone sealant, oil resistant
- Colour, black
- Elastic with high adhesion and can absorb dynamic loading such as impacts and vibration
- For use in motor and transmission manufacturing as well as in petrochemistry
- Temperature resistant from -50°C to +250°C
Silicone sealant, transparent
- Colour, transparent
- High-quality elastic sealing compound for universal applications
- Temperature resistant from -50°C to +250°C
Permanent plastic sealing compound
DPDM 3000 Permanent plastic sealing compound
- Colour, red
- To seal engines and housings in industry and production
- Resistant against all mineral oils, numerous synthetic oils, lubricants, fuels, additives, gases, water, mixtures of water and antifreeze, etc.
- Temperature resistance of -55°C to +270°C (short term up to 300°C)
- Max. gap filling ability approx. 0.20 mm
- No storage limit when unopened
SMP adhesives and sealants
Flexeal polymer sealant
- Elastic/flexible seals in vehicle and machine construction
- Excellent for sealing moving and connection joints
- Silicone-free and able to be coated
- Neutral and odourless
HPBOND construction adhesive
- Elastic bonds and seals, e.g. in bus, caravan, train and lorry construction
- Permanently elastic in a temperature range from -40°C to +100°C (short term +180°C)
HPFLEX PLUS construction adhesive
- Extremely high initial adhesion
- 100% elongation
- Resistant to UV, ageing, fire and smoke, salt and fresh water, desalinated water, acids, bases and various oils
- Permanently elastic in a temperature range from -40°C to +150°C (+200°C for around 20 min.)
- Can be coated after skin formation (wet in wet)
HPFLEX construction adhesive
- 100% elongation
- Resistant to UV, ageing, fire and smoke, salt and fresh water, desalinated water, acids, bases and various oils
- Permanently elastic in a temperature range from -40°C to +150°C (+200°C for around 20 min.)
- Can be coated after skin formation (wet in wet)
MS Hybrid PLUS
- Ideal assembly adhesive with extremely high initial adhesion
- Excellent UV and ageing resistance
